Welcome to Propertify! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Propertify platform, accessible via www.propertify.ae and any affiliated applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
Propertify is a UAE-based digital platform offering property-related solutions, including the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Additionally, Propertify connects users with third-party service providers for services such as Home Loans, Home Insurance, Smart Home Security, Home Services, and Short-Term Rentals. Propertify also offers digital products and tools that facilitate property transactions.
To use Propertify, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age as per the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.
3.1. Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.3. Prohibited Activities
Posting inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
Using the Platform for any purpose that violates UAE laws
Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or manipulate the Platform
4.1. User Responsibilities
Users posting listings must ensure the properties are legal and verified and that they hold proper authority to lease, sell, or rent the property.
4.2. Accuracy of Listings
Propertify is not liable for inaccuracies in property listings provided by users.
4.3. Transaction Responsibility
Propertify is not a party to any sales or rental contracts. Users are solely responsible for completing transactions and verifying the credibility of other parties involved.
5.1. Provider Network
Propertify connects users with independent third-party service providers ("Providers") for home loans, insurance, smart home setups, cleaning services, and more.
5.2. Liability Disclaimer
Propertify does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or delivery of services by third-party Providers. Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence.
5.3. Service Agreements
Any contract formed with a Provider is solely between the user and the Provider. Propertify holds no responsibility for contract performance, disputes, or liabilities.

Virtual tours
Market trend reports
6.1. Usage
These tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.
6.2. License
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal or business purposes.
7.1. Platform Fees
Some features or listings may require payment. All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).
7.2. Third-Party Payments
For services facilitated via third-party Providers, payment terms are as set forth by those Providers.
7.3. Refunds
Refunds for any service or product are subject to Propertify's Refund Policy and/or that of the third-party Provider.
8.1. Legal Framework
All users and service providers must comply with applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws, including:
Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (UAE Civil Code)
Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) guidelines in the applicable emirates
8.2. Licensing
Users offering properties or services must ensure proper licensing through authorities such as the Dubai Land Department or other relevant emirate regulators.
9.1. Ownership
All content, logos, trademarks, and software are the intellectual property of Propertify or its licensors.
9.2. Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Propertify may suspend or terminate a user's access for violations of these Terms or UAE law. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Propertify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or property-related disputes.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Propertify reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable emirate, such as Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
